Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Zoom Client Consultations Cancellation Notice We ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. This allows us to offer that time to other clients. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, please reach out directly via Instagram DM @nunisluxetravel or text message. Please do not cancel through email or voicemail, as messages there may not be seen in time. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late cancellations. While there is no charge at this time, late cancellations are logged and tracked. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be recorded as a no-show. Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations (3 or more within 6 months) may be asked to prepay for future bookings or may have scheduling access limited. Rescheduling We're happy to help you reschedule! Please reach out via Instagram DM @nunisluxetravel or text at least 24 hours in advance so we can find a time that works for you. Emergencies We understand that life happens. If something urgent comes up, please reach out as soon as possible via Instagram or text and we'll do our best to work with you.
